A Salesforce Commerce Cloud top Agency is looking for a Support Manager who’ll be responsible of managing production support, drive all clients incidents to closure and ensure that alerting mechanisms are constantly improved.
- Knowledgeable in SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
- Have managed at least one development team
- Proficient with Agile
- Previous experience working with off-shore teams
- Working knowledge using Splunk, NewRelic or similar tools
- Experience managing enterprise-class application
